It has been very difficult to locate a meeting room large enough to accommodate our needs, as well as be able to confirm the 2nd Wednesday of each month. However, after weeks of searching for a proper venue, arrangements have been made with the Hyatt Place Chicago which will provide adequate space and confirmation of dates and time for a fee.

In light of this, to help defray the cost of this meeting room we will be asking for a minimum donation of $1 per person per meeting, payable upon registration.
