I did a lot of work on it. For some odd reason, I am more optimistic that the county will be more inclined to follow the law. Also there is less incentive to favor your own turf over someone else's. The buyers/developers guys paperwork/info was like looking through a piece of swiss cheese. And then the board voted it in without NOT 1 MEMBER HAD READ THE MOST RECENT REPORT. The most recent report was likely the most accurate but the village attorney decides who wins these matter well before they come up for a vote.
